Nicole and Sharon seemingly failed to check what each other were wearing as the final three acts of the talent show were decided X Factor judges Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne have been competing in every week of the competition so far for the title of best dressed, however, this time around they both fell foul of one of the oldest faux pas in the book.While the pair both looked as fabulous as usual, you couldn't help noticing that their attire on Sunday's (December 8th) show was rather similar. In fact, they were almost exactly the same.Both of the female talent show mentors opted for glitteringly embellished black numbers - although it could be argued Nicole's was slightly more risque. She is a good 30 years younger than Mrs O, after all.The former Pussycat Doll chose a floor-length gown that really showed off her enviable pins through its sheer material, while her cleavage was also well-represented thanks to the flattering top half of her dress that resembled something like a bodysuit.Her look was completed with smokey eye makeup, glossy lips and highlights in her hair, which was worn in a wavy style over her shoulders.Sharon, meanwhile went for a more demure look along the same theme. Her sparkling black number - which again went all the way down to her toes - boasted some intricate detail with delicate beading all over. The judge also offered a bit of bust with a low-cut top, while her black nail polish, dark eye makeup and short red hair gave off the usual gothic undertones that we've come to expect.When it came to the actual show itself, trendsetting boyband Rough Copy were the unfortunate act to be booted off the competition in its semi-final stage, losing out to Luke Friend after they were both pitted against each other in the sing-off. However, teenager Luke eventually made his way through to next weekend's final after the judges opted to put the vote to deadlock.
