PHOENIX -- It's almost time to stow the winter coats and start thinking about spring fashion. Melanie Santarius grew up in the Valley and started her fashion company, Ava Rose Designs, in Scottsdale. She now works out of Los Angeles but visited 3TV on Sunday to share this spring's fashion trends. She also gave viewers a sneak peek of her spring line, which launches Wednesday.
