The house of East El Paso businessman Fred Loya won the ABC's Great Christmas Light Fight.

The show aired on Monday with four finalists competing for a chance to win $50,000.

The Loya family edged out the Weaver family's 58-foot castle; the Barnard's family live animal Nativity with 2 million lights and the Bagwell's synchronized musical light show in the night's second episode.

'It was very exciting. We want to get El Paso out there and put our best foot forward for the city. And if we win, I plan to give it to 10 charitable organizations,' Fred Loya told the El Paso Times last week.

The 10th annual Loya Christmas light show kicked off Dec. 5. This year, it features an additional 100,000 lights, bringing the impressive synchronized music light show to a total of 450,000 lights.

The music and light show is seven minutes long and will be shown at 6, 7 and 8 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in December as well as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Visitors are asked to park at Montwood High School.
