Three days of catwalk capers at West Palm Beach fashion week

Fusion Fashion and Art Week returns to West Palm Beach for the third time.


The collection of runway shows and art exhibits, set for Nov. 28-30, will be staged at the downtown Lake Pavilion, 101 S. Flagler Drive.


Here are four things you need to know about the event.


Daytime shows will be from 1 to 4 p.m., followed by a live concert series from 5 to 7 p.m., then another spate of catwalk presentations from 7 to 10 p.m.


Among the 20 designers showing, categories include: couture ( Luis Aponte, Rosaura Sias Pipenburg); upcycled/recycled looks ( Eco Fashion, It's Me Designs); resort/swim ( Taylor Adair Swim, Ivan Sanchez Hernandez); wearable art ( Joanne Snodgrass, KRELwear) and accessories ( Velmar Pearls, Amoura).


Local artists will exhibit inside and outside the venue. There also will be pop-up shops featuring designers and artisans.


Tickets for one day are $49.99 (with a $3.50 fee). A three-day pass costs $74.99 (with a $4.75 fee). To purchase, go to FusionFashionAndArt.com.
