DESCRIPTION: L. Allen Fashion Week is a benefit for the Joanna Francis Living Well Foundation. The week will begin with a couture fashion show on February 27th featuring formal wear from boutiques and pieces created by local designers specifically for the event. This will be followed by a night of shopping throughout the Midtown area on February 28th with food, fashion, and a model scavenger hunt. The finale will be our 5th annual Fashion's Fight Against Cancer on March 1st with hundreds of designs from local designers, boutiques, and stores as well as food, drinks, and live entertainment! Thursday, February 27: Couture NightWe are kicking off our 5th year of fashion events with an extravagant night of couture fashions and high end dresses from local stores and boutiques. Our designers will be coming back to the runway with one of a kind designer outfits made for THIS fashion show! We will have food and drink specials, along with performances from the FSU Graduate Quartet and the Tallahassee Salsa Dancers!

Friday, February 28: Midtown Model Scavenger HuntAs the fashion continues during our fashion event, why not try to find the 'finds'?! Participate in our Midtown Model Hunt, which will take place throughout the Midtown area. Pick up your map at the 5th Avenue Tap Room between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. follow the clues through Midtown! Locate the models, get your card punched and enjoy drinks, food, and shopping specials along the way! At 8:30 p.m. whoever has finished the scavenger hunt will be entered into a drawing worth HUNDREDS!

Saturday, March 1: Fashion's Fight Against Cancer| Spring Fashion PreviewSince 2010, we have been hosting the longest running fashion show to feature local designers, alongside incredible boutiques and stores! We are proud to announce our 5th annual Fashion's Fight Against Cancer this spring as well! This event features ready to wear (RTW) fashions from local designers and our presenting designer L. Allen, along with the spring lines of some of the top stores and boutiques in Tallahassee. This night includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and great drink specials, along with 3 hours of uninterrupted fashion and entertainment!
